All things considered, saying that it will be wise to invest in a unit in the Milan Residenze is an understatement. Not only is the building surrounded on all sides by large malls and commercial establishments. It is also highly accessible, thanks to the multitude of public transportation options available 24 hours a day.
Aside from the exterior factors, the units in the condominium, although a bit small, are nice and provide ample space for individuals and couples. As mentioned earlier, the condominium is not for families - not even those with just one or two children. There is simply not enough room for more than two people even in the biggest units available. However, if you are a young professional who happens to work in the QC-CBD or in any one of the many BPOs in the area then living in the Residenze will be the best choice for you.
Although the Residenze is located quite far from the center of the city, you just need to take a short bus ride along the main highway to actually get there. Even if you work in Makati and the other CBDs in Metro Manila, you can get to all of them via the nearby inner city bus terminal, so you don’t have to worry about your daily commute.
You need to act fast, as there are quite a lot of people who are grabbing up available units as soon as they go on preselling status. If you want to live in the Milan Residenze, grab any of the available units as soon as possible.
