Milan Residenze Fairview is Located at Maligaya Drive Fairview, Quezon City

The biggest selling point of the Milan Residenze is its ideal location in Fairview, Quezon City. The area actually combines the ease of living in the city with the comfort of living in the suburbs. The condominium is set to rise right on the edge of Quezon City. A few kilometers down the main highway and you will find yourself in the neighboring province of Bulacan. However, even though the area is a few kilometers away from the actual center of the city, the Fairview area is actually one of the wealthiest zones in Quezon City.

For instance, if you are a bit of a hypochondriac and you cannot live in an area where there are no hospitals or clinics in the immediate vicinity, you will not feel stressed living in Milan Residenze. You can find several large hospitals that are just a couple of minutes away. Some you can even walk to if you are inclined to do so. The nearest hospital, Commonwealth Medical Center and Hospital, is within walking distance from the front gate of the compound just across the main highway and beside SM City Fairview. Other nearby hospitals include the FEU-NRMF Hospital and Commonwealth General Hospital, both of which are just fifteen minutes away.

If you are a shopaholic, you will feel right at home in Milan Residenze as it is sandwiched between three large shopping centers. At one side, you will find the Robinson’s Novaliches Mall, which does not only house shops and boutiques full of bargain price products but also comes with public service kiosks where you can do all your government transactions (filing of taxes, driver’s license renewal, etc.).

In addition, within the main building is a satellite office of the Department of Foreign Affairs where you can apply for a new passport or renew your old one. The other two shopping malls that flank the Milan Residenze are the Ayala Fairview Terraces and the SM City Fairview. Both malls are quite large and it is highly unlikely that you will not find everything you need between the two of them.

Malls are not the only ones that are plentiful in the Fairview area. There are also quite a number of schools in case you are getting the Milan Residenze unit for a college-aged child of yours, or if you are thinking of pursuing a new college course yourself. The nearest, major learning institution is the Our Lady of Fatima University, which is just a couple of minutes’ drive along Quirino Highway. Just a short bus ride away and you will reach the National College of Business Administration that is along Commonwealth Avenue and further down the road, you will find the Polytechnic University of the Philippines QC Campus.

If you do not have a car of your own, you will not have a hard time getting to where you want to go and back when you choose to live in the Milan Residenze. A short walk towards the nearest main highway (Quirino Avenue) will give you access to all kinds of public transportation options – buses and jeepneys that ply dozens of different routes that can take you all over the city. Also, in the near future, there will be an MRT station in the immediate vicinity, which will make traveling a whole lot easier than before.
